One-to-One Support

As a certified Eating Disorder Recovery Coach, Jen provides a judgment free space to work on your goals. You may have all the best intentions to move forward in recovery, but the ‘how’ is sometimes where one can come unstuck. Jen works with people all over the world on the ‘how’ of recovery, moving you closer towards peace with food and your body.

Work can be online or in person and may include:

  • Exploring your motivations and instilling hope
  • Challenging disordered thoughts and cognitive distortions
  • Challenging fear foods though meal sessions and between session support
  • Developing mindfulness based practices & self-compassion
  • Implementing conscious or intuitive eating and exercise
  • Body image and embodiment work
  • Exploring your core values
  • Finding and strengthening your healthy self
  • Clothes shopping and special event support
